When and where will the Future President’s Team Retreat take place?

Yes, the Future President’s Team Retreat is open to all President’s Team members, Millionaire Team and all Fully Qualified Supervisors who achieve a minimum of 2,500 Royalty Override (R.O.) Points in any one calendar month within the months of January 2025 to November 2025. All attendees must have also purchased a ticket.
Do I need to meet a certain qualification to attend the training?
Yes, if all attendees purchase an event ticket.
My spouse/business partner is not listed on the Herbalife Independent Distributorship. Are they able to attend the event?

Dr. Luigi Gratton is the vice president of the Office of Health and Wellness at Herbalife. In this role, Dr. Gratton is responsible for ensuring that our Herbalife Independent Distributors have a thorough understanding of Herbalife products, ingredients and benefits. Dr. Gratton is also the chair of the Herbalife Nutrition Advisory Board, a global team of experts who help educate Herbalife Independent Distributors on health and nutrition. He trains at events around the world, enhancing Herbalife Independent Distributors’ knowledge about our products, and works closely with Distributor trainers to ensure the dissemination of accurate product information. Dr. Gratton has a medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in clinical nutrition at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.* In addition, Dr. Gratton has worked as a physician specialist in family medicine and a clinical physician at the UCLA* Center for Human Nutrition in the Risk Factor Obesity Program. He also has been awarded Diplomate status by the American Board of Family Practice and the American Board of Physician Nutrition. Dr. Gratton enjoys running, biking, hiking and swimming. His favorite Herbalife® products include Herbal Aloe Concentrate, Herbalifeline® and Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength. *The University of California does not endorse specific products or services as a matter of policy.
Dr. Rocio Medina Badiano is cochairperson and member of the Herbalife Nutrition Advisory Board (NAB). She is also a member of The Obesity Society and the American Society for Nutrition. Prior to joining Herbalife, Dr. Medina had a private practice in clinical nutrition and obesity. She was also an associate professor of the post- graduate degree of Clinical Nutrition and Obesity at the University of Monterrey in Mexico, where she helped design a study program. She previously served as medical coordinator for the government of Monterrey and was a founding member, vice president and president of AINCO, a school for nutriology and obesity professionals. Dr. Medina received her medical degree from the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon, in Monterrey, Mexico. She also completed two nutrition and obesity post-graduate degrees at the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon and the University of Monterrey. Dr. Medina lives a healthy, active lifestyle by cycling, practicing stand-up paddling and cooking nutritious meals. Her favorite Herbalife® products include Protein Drink Mix, Herbalife SKIN® Collagen Beauty Booster, Simply Probiotic and Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength.
Dr. John Heiss is the vice president of Global Product Innovation at Herbalife, a member of the Nutrition Advisory Board and one of the scientists behind Herbalife24 – a comprehensive sports nutrition line – and Enrichual® – a hemp-based line of skincare products. In his role, Dr. Heiss leads the company’s effort to modernize formulations of existing products and design new products across several consumer verticals. Dr. Heiss spent two years outside Herbalife at a startup venture exploring the intersection of wellness and neuroscience, developing wearable sensors to continuously monitor neurodegenerative disease progression, with an emphasis on Alzheimer’s disease. With new insights into the relationship between the brain, heart, blood vessels, sleep and stress hormones, Dr. Heiss returned to Herbalife with a holistic approach that focuses on all elements of a healthy lifestyle. As a former Category 2 competitive cyclist, Dr. Heiss has a keen understanding of the nutritional needs of endurance athletes. He is a multiple sub-9-hour Leadville 100 mountain bike race finisher and holds an age group course record at the Furnace Creek 508, a nonstop 508-mile bike race that passes through Death Valley, California, as part of a two-man relay team. Dr. Heiss ran several ultramarathons and is an avid backcountry skier. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA),* in biological chemistry, where he researched how single proteins function within cells. The findings from his research work have been published in several peer-reviewed journals and can be found on PubMed. *The University of California does not endorse specific products or services as a matter of policy.
Before discovering Herbalife Nutrition, Hunter and Eden Wallace owned their own construction company. While the company was successful, the work was tough and stressful, with Hunter often working 70- and even 80- hour work weeks to meet deadlines. Naturally, this didn’t afford them the flexibility to be there for some of the most important moments with their three children. When a new Nutrition Club opened in their town, Eden stopped in on opening day and immediately fell in love with the products. She became a regular customer and, over the course of many conversations with the Nutrition Club Operator, became more and more interested in the Herbalife Nutrition business opportunity. “Meeting Eden for the first time, I could see that there was something special about her,” recalls Nutrition Club Operator and Chairman’s Club member Mamie Herron. “You can see a twinkle in her eye as if to say, ‘I am going to do big things.’” Eden eventually opened her first Nutrition Club on her own, and it was obvious from the start that she had found her true calling. Not only did she genuinely enjoy the work, but she enjoyed helping others. Hunter, on the other hand, initially showed zero interest in the business. While he enjoyed the products, he was far too busy with his construction company to even consider anything else. After much persuasion, Eden finally convinced Hunter to not only accompany her to a Leadership Development Weekend in Dallas, but to sit through the entire training. By the end of the weekend, Hunter realized the potential of what he and Eden could accomplish together. Upon returning home from Dallas, Hunter and Eden sold their construction business and dedicated themselves to their Herbalife Nutrition business full time. Instead of constructing houses and office buildings, Hunter and Eden turned their focus to working tirelessly to help others build a strong foundation for a healthier and happier life… and they’ve never looked back. “We’ve lived in Mississippi our whole lives, and this state has the highest obesity rate in the United States,” says Eden. “We are blessed to be able to play a part in offering healthy nutrition around our home state.” Hunter and Eden now enjoy working their business around their family’s schedule, which allows them to spend more time with their kids on their family farm in the same small town they grew up in. Samantha Goudis Holway is a seasoned sales and business development professional with a strong background in finance and the wellness industry. As the Vice President of Regional Sales and Business Development at Herbalife, she leverages her extensive experience in financial analysis, leadership and strategic planning to drive growth in North America. Samantha's career spans various roles at Herbalife, where she has consistently demonstrated her ability to transform business strategies and enhance sales performance. She holds a master's degree in accounting from the University of Florida, which complements her practical experience. Known for her expertise in strategic planning and execution, she is also skilled in public speaking and team collaboration. Samantha's journey reflects her adaptability and commitment to excellence in her field, making her a key player in any organization she serves.
Trey Herron became an Herbalife Independent Distributor when he just was a 19-year-old college sophomore, and began dedicating full-time effort to building his business once he graduated. Trey later married his wife, Mamie, who helped him in expanding their business into an international organization. Since moving back stateside after a few years working in Singapore, Trey and Mamie have opened many Nutrition Clubs around Mississippi and have continued to grow a successful organization rooted in their passion for serving others. One powerful lesson Trey and Mamie have learned over the years is the importance of leading by example. “You never know who you could inspire,” says Mamie. “It’s not about the end goal or any rewards, the true value is in the process and who you become because of it, and we’re proud of the people we’ve grown into throughout this journey,” adds Trey.* *Achieving Chairman’s Club is an amazing accomplishment that requires hard work, skill and dedication. MAMIE HERRON
Ibi Montesino is a seasoned executive with a passion for empowering people and creating meaningful impact through purpose-led leadership. As managing director of Herbalife’s North America region, she oversees business strategy, sales and marketing efforts across the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico – as well as the company’s global events. Ibi brings over a decade of proven leadership in this role, having previously served in the same capacity from 2011 to 2022. Most recently, Ibi served as executive vice president and chief of staff. In those roles, she led all global Distributor-facing business functions, including sales, marketing and Distributor operations. She also played a key role in advancing company-wide employee engagement, supporting strategic priorities, and strengthening Herbalife’s culture and operational effectiveness. Ibi began her Herbalife career in 1998 as an assistant in personal care training and steadily rose through the ranks. Her career spans roles in product marketing and regional leadership, including director, senior director and vice president of sales and marketing for the U.S. Hispanic market. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to helping Herbalife Independent Distributors succeed and to supporting the company’s purpose of helping people live their best lives. In 2011, Poder Hispanic recognized Ibi as one of the “Nation’s 100 Most Influential Hispanics” – a reflection of her impact both inside and outside the organization. Originally from Cuba, Ibi is bilingual in English and Spanish and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from National University.
Alan Rodriguez and his wife, Fabiola Barinas, struggled to pursue acting careers while working long hours to make ends meet.
