2 scoops Herbalife24 Formula 1 Sport Creamy Vanilla
½ cup rolled oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1 dash salt
¼ cup low-fat milk
2 eggs
1 medium banana
¼ cup cottage cheese
2 tsp. canola oil
¼ cup blueberries

Preheat griddle to 350 F.
Pour rolled oats into blender and blend into a flour. Pour into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add to the bowl: Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength Vanilla Ice Cream, Herbalife24 Formula 1 Sport Creamy Vanilla, baking powder and salt. Set bowl aside.
Put milk, eggs, banana, cottage cheese and oil in the blender (no need to clean the blender first) and blend until smooth. Pour over dry ingredients in bowl and stir with a fork or whisk until dry ingredients are incorporated. Stir in blueberries.
Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup, pour batter onto preheated griddle, making 8 pancakes. Cook until well browned on one side, then turn over and continue cooking until the second side is well browned. Top with fresh fruit, if desired.

1 cup raisins, coarsely chopped
¼ cup peanut butter
1 medium banana, mashed (about ½ cup)
1–2 TBSP lemon juice (or water)

Ingredients:
Step One
In a small mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, flaxseeds and water. Stir until well combined; set aside while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Step Two
In a small bowl, combine 2 TBSP Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength Vanilla Ice Cream and powdered peanut butter and set aside.
Step Three
In a large mixing bowl, combine Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength Vanilla Ice Cream, rolled oats, salt and raisins. Mix well, then add peanut butter, banana, the chia/flaxseed mixture and the lemon juice. Mix well with your hands. Mixture should be just moist enough to hold together, not sticky.
Step Four
Roll protein ball mixture into 1” balls, then roll in Herbalife24 Rebuild Strength Vanilla Ice Cream/peanut butter powder mixture to coat. Set protein balls on a large plate or cookie sheet covered with waxed paper and set in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow energy bites to firm up.
Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
